HWID (Hardware ID) is a unique identifier for your computer. Your license is tied to your HWID when first activated. You get 3 free HWID resets per license.

No, each license is tied to one PC at a time. You can reset your HWID to switch to a different computer. Free resets: 3x. Additional resets cost $1.99.

Your active license is automatically paused. The timer stops and resumes only when the product comes back online. You won't lose any license time.

Your license duration starts counting from the moment you first activate it with our client software, not from the purchase date.

We accept QRIS, BRI VA, BNI VA, CIMB VA, Permata VA, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (BEP20).

QRIS and Virtual Account payments are confirmed within 1-5 minutes. Crypto payments require 1-3 network confirmations (usually 10-30 minutes).

You top up your reseller balance, then use it to generate license keys for your customers. The cost is deducted from your balance per key generated.

First check the product status on our status page. If the product is "Down" or "Updating", your license is paused. If the product is operational, open a support ticket with your license key and issue description.
