1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IndoCheats ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

IndoCheats provides game enhancement software ("Products") in the form of license keys. Our products are intended for personal use only.

  • Products are sold as-is with no guarantee of compatibility with all game versions.
  • License keys are non-transferable and tied to your account.
  • Product availability and status may change without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account or license keys with others.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. No refunds are provided once a license key has been generated.
  • Balance top-ups are non-refundable.
  • If a product is permanently discontinued, unused license time may be compensated at our discretion.

5. License Pause Policy

When a product status changes to "Down" or "Updating", all active licenses are automatically paused. The license timer resumes only when the product returns to "Undetected" or "Testing" status. Paused time is not counted against your license duration.

6. HWID Reset Policy

Each license includes 3 free HWID resets. Additional resets are available for $1.99 per reset.

HWID resets allow you to use your license on a different computer. Abuse of this feature may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Reselling license keys without being an approved reseller.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or crack our software.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.

9. Disclaimer

IndoCheats is not responsible for any game bans, account suspensions, or other consequences resulting from the use of our products. Use at your own risk.
